I help places turn digital nomads and remote workers into rooted residents.
By blending economic strategy, placemaking, and world-class hospitality, I help communities become magnets for remote talent, turning overlooked places into thriving, connected destinations where people stay, contribute, and belong.
Your Community Can’t Afford to Keep Losing Talent.
"People don't stay in cities because of incentives. They stay because they feel like they belong."
The difference between passing through and putting down roots
Rural areas, small towns, and mid-sized cities are struggling with brain drain, meanwhile, 35 million digital nomads already contribute $787 billion annually
to the global economy, and that number is set to grow to 60 million by 2030.
Places that create true belonging will thrive. Those that don’t? They’ll continue
to lose talent to places that do. That’s where I come in.
I help communities design hospitality-driven experiences that go far beyond incentives, offering remote workers what they’re really looking for:
A reason to stay. A place to belong. And the desire to build something that lasts.
ABOUT ME
I’ve spent my career proving that belonging isn’t just a “fuzzy feeling,”
it’s a force for economic transformation.
I come from the world of hospitality and tourism, where belonging is more than a concept, it’s something you intentionally create. After burning out in the corporate world and rebuilding my life through remote work, travel, values-driven design, I now help cities attract and retain remote talent by doing what hospitality taught me best: making people feel truly at home.
