I help purpose-driven people turn their communities into places where others actually want to stay and contribute, not just pass through.

I work with town champions, creative instigators, and future-of-work believers who are ready to design for something deeper than just “vibes” or incentives. Whether you're building a remote worker program, rethinking talent attraction, or just trying to make your place feel more like home, I help you create the kind of emotional infrastructure that keeps people connected long after the marketing campaign ends.

I’ve built global programs like Airbnb Experiences and led grassroots ones like TulsaBound. I even started out wanting to be the activities director on a cruise ship. That should tell you a lot. I care (deeply) about joy, hospitality, and the feeling people get when they walk into a space that says, “You matter here.”

I bring strategy, intuition, and a lot of lived experience, from 45 countries, thousands of conversations, and years spent helping people build lives they actually want to live. I don't do cookie-cutter. I don't do fluff. I do belonging, on purpose.
